Goals and Purpose

 

PROJECT ENERGY

PROJECT ENERGYis a collaborative statewide project involving school sites throughout Alabama. 

The Alabama Science Teaching and Learning Center in the College of Education at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa coordinates the project for Alabama teachers. 

Improving Energy Literacy among Alabama's youth, the U.S. Department of Energy has funded the Alabama Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (Alabama EPSCoR) program Project Energy for the fifth year. 

The project is a cooperative venture between U of A's College of Education and the Colleges of Engineering and Arts and Sciences at six Alabama research universities involved in the statewide project.
